Enfuse respects your privacy. By using the Enfuse service, you expressly consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.


“Personal Information” is information about you that is personally identifiable to you like your name, address, e-mail address, or phone number, the posts you make through our interactive tools, as well as other non-public information that is associated with the foregoing.

When using the interactive tools, Enfuse collects your name and phone number. When you register on the Enfuse website, Enfuse collects your name, email address, phone number, user type, password and other details. Enfuse collects information about your usage of our interactive tools. Enfuse collects IP addresses for system administration, research, and record keeping.

Enfuse uses Personal Information for the following general purposes: to customize the content you see, provide you with services, improve the services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.


Enfuse does not rent, sell, or share Personal Information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies without your explicit consent except under the following circumstances:

  • We may at some time in the future provide Personal Information to partners who work on behalf of or with Enfuse under confidentiality agreements.
  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
  • We believe it is necessary to share Personal Information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Enfuse’s terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
  • We transfer Personal Information about you if Enfuse is, or its assets are, acquired by or merged with another company.

Enfuse uses cookies to recognize visitors and more quickly provide personalized content or grant you unimpeded access to the website. Information gathered through cookies also helps us measure use of our website. Cookie data allow us to track usage behavior and compile data that we can use to improve the site. This data will be used in aggregate form. You can easily turn off cookies with your browser settings.


While you are an Enfuse member, we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Enfuse service, such as service announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of your Enfuse account.

Upon request, Enfuse will allow any user to opt out of receiving text messages, emails and/or newsletters. Also, upon your request, Enfuse will delete your account and your personal information from our database; however, it may be impossible to delete all of your information without some residual data because of backups and records of deletions.


Enfuse takes precautions to ensure the security of your Personal Information. However, we cannot guarantee unauthorized personnel may gain access to your Personal Information despite our efforts.

The foregoing policies are effective as of September 7, 2007. Enfuse reserves the right to change this policy at any time by notifying users of the existence of a new privacy statement. This statement and the policies outlined herein are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
