Publication Policy

1. All rights remain with artist after publication. We reserve the right to continue displaying feature indefinately in our archives.
2. If you would like for us to remove your work from our publication notify us in writing and we will take it down for the next publication cycle - Monthly.
3. We are not paying for contributions at this time.
4. We are not liable if your work is downloaded from our site and used without your knowledge or consent.
5. You represent and warrant that the Material is your own original work
6. The Material does not and will not infringe on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secrets, proprietary rights of publicity or privacy, or other legal rights.
7. Enfuse is entitled to 15% commision on any products sold through the site.
8. Artists are completely responsible for providing and delivering all materials purchased through Enfuse.
