  1. All rights remain with artist after publication. We reserve the right to continue displaying feature indefinately in our archives.
  2. If you would like for us to remove your work from our publication notify us in writing and we will take it down for the next publication cycle - Monthly.
  3. We are not paying for contributions at this time.
  4. We are not liable if your work is downloaded from our site and used without your knowledge or consent.
  5. You represent and warrant that the Material is your own original work
  6. The Material does not and will not infringe on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secrets, proprietary rights of publicity or privacy, or other legal rights.
  7. Enfuse is entitled to 15% commision on any products sold through the site.
  8. Artists are completely responsible for providing and delivering all materials purchased through Enfuse.

In an attempt to make it easier for creators to share their work, we have built this file upload application. Please be considerate and do not upload exceptionally obese files (over 10 megs).

To protect our server and the work of other artists, we've limited the types of files we will accept through this form. We allow the upload of the following:

  • rtf files
  • doc files
  • gif images
  • jpg images
  • bmp images
  • png images
  • pdf files
  • swf files
  • dcr files
  • mp3 audio
  • wav audio
  • mpeg video
  • avi video
  • wmv video
  • Quicktime mov video

It is important that you include your name and email address so that you can receive credit for your work and so that we can contact you upon receipt of your submission.
