2007 Recap
Before we get too far into 2008 here's a quick recap of my favorite releases from 2007. Spring started with The Eames Era's Heroes and Sheroes, an indy-pop masterpiece which made many appearances on my car stereo. Summer had Lightening Dusts debut selftitled release, Spoon's Gagagagaga and The Ladybug Transistor's Can't Wait Another Day which I personally listened to compulsively for months. Some good mellower stuff came out in the fall with Holler! Wild Rose's Our Little Hymnal and Birds and Batteries I'll Never Sleep Again. The last album I want to mention did not come out in 2007 but I bought used last year and haven't been able to stop listening to it since, its French Kicks One Time Bells. It is great, creative, rockin' music, go out and buy some French Kicks.
