Summer Music

Summertime is fast approaching and all that extra sunshine puts me in the mood for some indy-pop. I got just what I needed for that summer fix in Heroes and Sheroes by The Eames Era out April 17, check them out at www.theeamesera.com . Full of pop hooks and catchy lyrics but with a little dirt under the fingernails, its a solid piece of work. NC17 is a great and unexpected song, I recommend it. For completely different reasons I've also really enjoyed what I've heard from Husky Rescue. The music is ghostly and ethereal, check it out at www.huskyrescue.co .
